Field notes

(September 2023, Greenland)

I’ve recently helped create an exhibition for Manchester Poetry Library called Landscapes of Change which combines data on climate change gathered on a field trip to South Greenland in 2023 with poems I wrote attempting to document the process. Illustrated beautifully by Manchester Met student Ysabel Hinrichs, some of the pieces have been translated by Kati Frederikssen and Karen F. Gronvold from Narsaq and turned into a limited print run of pamphlets which are not for sale. But I’m sharing some of the pieces from the pamphlet exclusively for paid subscribers to A Time and a Place here. I hope you enjoy them!
